they reported you for THAT???? IF they gave you your money back, the THEY should adjust accordingly. What the statement placed before or after they gave you your 2 grand back? I would definitely demand they update your chex entry.

how can you be in the wrong if they gave you the money???? I smell defamation of character and intentional poisoning of ones reputation. My former bank (the one that closed) tried to claim that I was doing the same thing.....I had to call the bank president to tell her that payroll deposits are available immediately and when they are ACH at midnight - she has to make sure it credits before she lets the debits that she gets at 8 am post (had 300 dollars in NSF fees for 100 dollars in check/debit card purchases)!!!! Banks suck - I have tried every way imaginable to thry and not use them, but its literally immposible!
