The real question pertains to his daughter. Loan for cash, daughter co-signed. Multiple items that were used for collateral were taken without notice. Never notified of deficiency. Now attorney is trying to collect. Two states involved, California and Kansas.. They got the loan in Kansas. Daughter now lives in California. Attorney is now trying to collect. That's about it.
