You'll need to file a motion to vacate judgment and file it with the CLERK not give it to the judge, set a hearing, HAVE A COURT REPORTER AT THE HEARING because without a transcript you'll lose any appeal, tell the judge your side and assert your SOL defense if you haven't already, and if the judge rules against you, appeal it.
