DV letter and Non-Licensed CA question..

I have a CA listed on my credit report and I have NO IDEA what it is.. I am going to send the usual DV letter in hopes that they answer, Now for the real question... I contacted the state and this CA is NOT licensed or bonded in FL. I have a letter, complete with the pretty gold State seal stating this fact. Should I include a copy of it with the DV letter and add a paragraph stating that since they aren't legal to "p*ss up a rope" ?? OR should I hold of and see what if anything they send me?? Any ideas.. nacho-mama
