Sorry for the confusion. The lawsuit was brought OUTSIDE of SOL. The lawyer for the plaintiff has tried very hard all through to avoid mentioning anything to do with SOL.

The lawsuit was brought on Aug. 18th 2003 for a date of last activity on the account of Jun. 17th 1999. 4 years and 2 months. I was in the state of FL all that time. This is a credit card debt.
