A little off the norm but have to share what we are going through right now. Wife's divorced brother died unexpected. 2 children estranged for nearly 20 years . No will, no life insurance, kids don't want anything or to do anything but legally it is all their responsibility. House and all proerty in limbo. Going to our attorney's this AM to file papers so my wife can be administrater. This is day 3 after he has passed. No funeral arrangments or anything can be done until this is taken care of. Please for all your loved ones around you have a will drawn up and share with them what your wishes are. No one knows if he wanted to be buried or cremated.....very difficult for those surviving.
