I'm in the same situation.. and VERY interested in finding an answer to your "Do payments to CCCS fall into SOL computation?" I don't think I've seen this discussed before. If the CCCS payments don't affect the SOL.. then I could tell CRAP1 to "KISS MY BUTT".
Does anybody out there know for sure how the payments made thru the CCCS affect the SOL???
