Hi again, TooMuchFun, so the letter I got from them "attorney placement pending" is a standard form letter meant to scare? in my siutation, we are paying out to 3 little cards, but not to the big 7 delinquent ones and only my spouse has gainful employment. we have no big attachables like house, boat or anything, unless a small rubber raft purchased from costco can have a lien put on it. that would be ok with me!
