Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Keyser- The Florida bar jealously guards its lawyers rights to help the citizens. One of the few states without a reciprocal agreement- lawyer must be licensed here and pass the bar to operate even as a consultant on a case. You might have a good case to have this one sanctioned by the florida bar. I say attack with everything you have- you never know what is going to work for you.
