Anyhow my husband is having similar problems with westmoreland agency. We have written both experian and capital one twice now both certified mail. I indicated in the letter that they are violating fcra by re-setting the date of a past debt as current. I have also contacted a law firm in phily that works with people having credit reporting or credit collection problems. They work for free and only collect a fee if they take your case and win.
