... if I send them a copy of the unanswered validation letter? I sent a validation letter to Capital One (mid January) for a CC charge off from 2 years ago. I used certified mail RR. I haven't received anything at all back from them. It's been almost 2 months. Now, I'm going to send a copy of my validation request with the CRR to experian, equifax and Trans Union. Does anyone have any experience with theirs' being deleted? Do you think it will work? Thanks for the advice!
