the webmaster can ban the ip group but runs the risk of banning anyone who is close to that same ip....or possibly they can write a email to the isp and inform them of what this particular ip is posting and have them ban them..as they can trace them to who it is. from overseas tho? i doubt they would do that..its hard to keep out spam and trolls on a open board like this one. it has to be monitored frequently and the webmaster prolly needs someone who is on more than they are and has admin powers to keep deleting it.
