Is it worth MBNA's time or money to sue me?

If I have a $5500 debt that hasn't been paid in a year, maybe two, is it worth it for MBNA's Wolpoff&Abramson referred Upton, COhen, & Slamowitz to take me to court here in NY for $7500 when I have absolutely NO assets, no home, no car, no bank account, and no job at the current time?? Please someone advise me as to possible courses of action.
