This is your mother's money and they are playing dirty. You almost lost the money. Please find a way to get a lawyer. Is your mom aware of what is happening. Why Chat is on vacation. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here. I am just afraid for you. Maybe you can find an attorney who will allow you to pay weekly or monthly or something. Maybe you can borrow the money for the attorney from your mom, and pay her back.
