Oh, they will sue, trust me. They have sued me. I have to appear in Supreme Court in Queens next week. I have hired an attorney. Did they get an arbitration award against you? They did to me and at least 60 other people in the Queens area.
They are very busy people. They are also crooks.
(Upton, Cohen & Slamowitz.) They are clones of W & A who are worse crooks. They manage the NAF, so we lose automatically even if you refuse arbitration. It's just a given. Go to www.budhibbs.com and read about the worst collection agencies. W& A gets 5 stars. Read about them on his site.
