The NAF is the National Arbitration Forum, run by W & A, funded by MBNA. When your acct charges off, MBNA turns it over to W&A and the NAF. You can protest till the cows come home and you will lose anyway. The NAF is in Minnesota, and for a consumer to request a hearing is very costly. Also you have to give up your rights to trial in a court of law. Bottom line-NAF is biased against the consumer. Wonder why?
