no one can WIN on a lawsuit out of SOL. they can however try to collect 4ever. and sue..if u dont show up, they will win a default. good luck. they may fall off the credit reports and be out of limit to sue but they can try to collect all they want. if someone has a law showing me diff, i would love to see it please!!!!! i cant find one. collecting seems to be 4ever. if im wrong here..please just tell me.
