Excuse me, but you're assuming a lot that was not in the facts as presented at all. I've been on that account since 1998. This debt is more recent and I was trying to work it out with them when they chose to take this approach instead. I cannot have my name removed from that account while it is frozen. Believe me, I fully intend to do so when it is indeed possible. Thanks for just helping me to feel worse. Although I'm sure that was not your intention.
