The exact same situation applies to me.

I have asked this before and Whychat said that the payments do not restart the SOL. So your SOL countdown clock would start ticking when you became late with the OC (before CCCS)

Now, with that said, I have also seen a post or two where Whychat said something to the affect that if the OC brought your account back up to date (As CCCS usually does) then the SOL countdown starts when you stop CCCS. So, I don't know for sure. I'd post this again in a few days when Whychat gets back from vacation and address it to him/her.

One thing he told me, when I askedi was that if the OC closed the account when starting CCCS, It's that action (relationship between parties ceases)that begins the SOL starting period. CC's are usually closed when entering CCCS.
