what state are you in? i would not admit to anything without some good legal advice. hugss*** cause i think you will have some tough times coming up and i know what you thought ..and life just doesnt go along with us, does it? truly, i dont know the legal stuff in your state..please be careful. i wish you so much good things. but...man, i wouldnt do anything without a lawyer. in some states...to have the judgement vacated..or dismissed..he has to file charges on you. in some ..im not sure it matters who opened it if both r responsible. just a big complicated thing and i would ask b4 i did anything..just my 2 cents..:) its only money, and your freedom..or a criminal record isnt worth a few thousand bucks. just doesnt make sense to me their gonna accept a confession and let it go.
