DON'T confess to anything. I think you need legal advice and NOW. You do not want this to hang over you till ???? A judgment in civil court is a LOT better than a conviction in crminal court!(Tho that can be disputed as it seems that criminals get off easy compaired to what some CA's put people thru.) Non the less talk to hubby and NOW and TRY to get some legal advice on this ASAP!
