I did. They put a check on my credit report for 3 years that was not mine. The guy had my name and city but a different ss#, dl#, and age. They then tried to blackmail me into paying. Needless to say, my attorney just filed a 6 figured lawsuit last week in federal court against them. They are going down down down.
