"One thing he told me, when I askedi was that if the OC closed the account when starting CCCS, It's that action (relationship between parties ceases)that begins the SOL starting period. CC's are usually closed when entering CCCS"

Soooooo would that mean that since I have a letter dated 11/99, from lets say SEARS, stating that they were closing the account because I was entering CCCS.. 11/99 would be the start of the SOL, Right ???
