Hey I am trying to collect info on people's experience of validation requests vs. not validating at all. I don't seem to be able to find via search info on that.

Have many of you on the board, found that it's better not to validate vs. to send in the validation request? And does it matter how much debt you have, for them to make a decision about a lawsuit?

I have about 85k in delinquent debt, 7 cards that have or about to be charged off, so even if a CA were to think I am trying to clean up my credit report all they would have to see is how bad the credit is, to decide wether to sue or not?
