Hugs: no problemo! ..know how it is. right now we have $85k in 7 cards delinquent and only one income, so it's kind of gritty here. Don't feel bad about not wanting to pay it back because you really can't at this point. My advice is not to PANIC, there's a fair amount of time for any action from these people, DO NOT let them scare you into a course of action, not good for you. The worst thing you will suffer at this point is poor credit, and the phone calls. I just had mine turned over, but will probably first ask for validation. Don't settle with anyone till you are sure you can take care of yourself first, because if you lose the money, you lose your bargaining power with these jerks. I know i tried small payments with them all to no avail. Show no mercy as you shall receive none from them...protect yourself first... P
