According to my original response from Whychat, Yes, because the relationship between the two parties ceased. But, I have seen Whychat and others also say that if Sears brought you up to date, while in CCCS, the SOL starting point may not start until when you became late while in the program.

Sorry this is kinda wishy washy but again, I'm in exactly the same boat. Post gain in a few days directly to Whychat.
