Not to worry, you have time. You received a letter, not a summons. It is just a letter. There is a lot of psychology in debt collection, much of it empty threats.
If you are sued, the bk will stop all law suits. Don't worry about it. Ignore the letter and any phone calls from CAs. They will lie and threaten, you just don't need the stress. Prepare for your bk. Bk is a fresh start. Good Luck.
