check in ur state cause in texas..a re financed house ..if its foreclosed on..they can NOT come after u for the diff in whats owed. yes..BK is a good option and didnt hurt our credit hardly at all. we got more offers after it than b4 and THAT killed us cause we didnt learn our lesson. dont get any more cards..u will be swamped with offers cause they know u cant refile a BK. OPT OUT! BK here is no big deal at all. hard habit to break with credit cards and we r now living on cash. i wont go back to them ever. i dont think i can even use one without throwing up. we, too, had the medical and the ones who think their immune have such a surprise coming, dont they? good luck to u!!! dont let it hurt ur marriage, we all have been there and things will get better!!! just hang tough and i wish ur hb well. that alone will strain ur marriage, when men r hurt or ill. everyone has been there hon..or will be. it will be ok, i promise u. dont mess with debt relief or other liars. and centex home equity is a good place to start, should u move and want another house. whether u move or not..is up to u. a fresh start might be nice completely elsewhere. dont be embarrassed. if u lived by me..u could come borrow our water. i love kids!! been where you are now..and i made it. that lil one is the most important..:)
