sweety, thats what you should have done to begin with. thats why you show up./..to prove your side. a judge wont do your case for you. they wont remove it because you didnt show up and now say ok i didnt show so remove it. lol. you have to show why you didnt show on appeal..hospital..etc..big emergency..something u didnt have time to tell the court. anyone can file a lawsuit..its up to the one sued to disprove it (ok supposedly them to prove their case but u must show and give your side). thats why its a court system of 2 sides. im sorry if i sound rather smart ass but...i dont mean to.(ok , not much anyways) what will you sue them for? they can file a suit. anyone can. a judge hears both sides and can throw it out, but that is why you must show in court. unless you werent served, or dont live where they filed it and didnt know it was happening. you cant sue someone for simply suing you!
