This scumpany habitually re-ages debt. They serve wrong addresses to gain fraudulent judgements, they sue with no prior contact so as to blindside consumers, thus frightening them into submission. These are criminal tactics.

You cannot show mercy to unreconstructed crooks. Some people mess up, serve their time, and the criminal justice system never hears of them again. They are teachable.

This species of spirochete is unteachable. They do what they do because they like it. Richard Speck enjoyed marking himself when not otherwise pursuing his vocation of killing student nurses.

The late and much lamented Ottis Elwood Toole, Jacksonville, FL's native son and 'poet laureate', very much enjoyed the company of his business partner, Henry Lee Lucas.

Ol' Henry Lee is a might heavier now, food generously provided him by the Texas penal system seems to have proven of benefit.

Toole and Lucas' business was serial killing during the period of the late 70's thru the 80's. Mssrs. Toole and Lucas attributed much of their success at eluding detection and capture to the fact they always kept moving, switching jurisdictions.

So it is with Ca's. Always on the hustle to avoid detection and capture. Unfortunately for them, as with Lucas, Toole, LLC, this board has beautifully informed consumers as to how best to detect and nail CA perps.

AssXXXX boldly announced plans a few years ago to acquire tens of millions of new debt and build new orifices, the better to serve their victims. Always comforting to note that ambition is in the end a terminal affliction.

AssXXXX has distinguished itself as a corporate chancre sore, providing stiff competition with the ilk of sCUMCO, Sherman, F.A. Management Solutions/HB Shafritz, Esq., NCO, Gulfcoast, and yes, even running neck and neck with CA legend Cadle & Co.

Smack them where it hurts, using every legal resource at your command. They've lost. Enjoy the fruits of your fine and much deserved success, make them sore losers. Real sore.

PS - For contemplative reading by hearthlight on a late winter's eve, run 'the killing hands of Ottis Toole' through the search engines. If still available, will provide fine insight into the most advanced of criminal mindsets. Proving in essence that what criminals suffer from is not 'lack of self esteem', as is stupidly declared in schools, but from an excess of it. Mr. Toole enjoyed his work, taking great pride in his accomplishments.
Displaying the trademark criminal's callous disregard for others suffering, he nonetheless displayed entirely too much candor, character, and strength, thus diqualifying him from a shot at the ultimate criminal achievement, attainment to status of 'collections professional'.
