man, i am so sorry i keep writing in computer shorthand. you have no idea how hard it is for me to edit everything i do!!! addy is address...for short. on the texas webpages..it has emails and numbers for all the texas people like secretary of state..attorney general..etc. i would bet they will hire a texas local lawyer, if they even sue you at all. your not stupid so dont be sorry! we all have had to learn and are still learning every day. anytime something doesnt make sense, just ask! its fine..:) i did learn CA's have to be bonded here is all..and was answered promptly when i asked if 2 companies were bonded.
