Perhaps they have random lawsuit generators?

My personal opinion of a lawsuit is if you do get sued your gonna lose one way or the other.

I don't care what you do, more than likely His Dishonorablness is gonna slam you with a nice judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of whatever they are demanding unless you can prove beyond a doubt that the account genuinely is not yours. Even then he is likely gonna nail you anyway just because he is an asshole so big that only the makers of preparation H could love.

The realistic definition of winning a lawsuit IMO, is to settle out of court for a signifigant discount on the debt, or if the debt is small, having them to dismiss their claims altogether.

The only way to accomplish that is to fight using the same tools attorneys do. That means slinging lots paperwork their way and creative use of motions and running up their cost.

I like to compare my stratagy to putting thorns on a turnip and waiting for the attorney to realize that the blood coming down from their greedy little fingers is nothing more than their own. Then for some reason they get the urge to stop squeezing.
