I also read what the collectors were saying about suing. My impression was that they sue if the debtor has a job that they know about/or has asset that they can attach.
I did not get the impression that a very high percentage of debtors actually do get sued. I agree, the ones that do get sued are the ones posting here, looking for help, feeling scared.
By the way, even though I read on the collectors forum, I would never think of posting there because I don't belong. hint hint
