Did you owe it? What state are you in? It's probably way past the statute of limitations. I'm sure you will be fine. You should respond with a request for validation (see Why Chat's website) and that's about it. Don't call them and if you do, make sure it's from a PAY phone.

If it is past the S.O.L. then skip the validation request and send them Why Chat's S.O.L. letter. Go to his site to see what your state's S.O.L. is.
