We had a creditor that was calling daily, threatening, badgering, trying to get our bank account, etc....He then sent a fax to my husbands office asking for proof of employment (as he threatened he would do). Husbands office ignored the fax. Since then, we have heard nothing. He hasn't called back since that day. Previously he was calling non stop so it seems odd that he would just stop calling. The debt was for $1K. What do you think is up with this? Because we didn't 'freak out' when he sent the fax,and because we absolutley refused to give him bank account info, do you think he just figured he was wasting his time with us? Never once did we ever receive anything in the mail from this guy, all he ever did was call my husband at his office...daily...for about a month...then nothing...if he was going to sue, as he said he was, wouldn't they have sent a summons to us by now? The last call we received was over a month ago.....just curious....wondering what to expect next. Thanks for any insight.
