Seems totally ridiculous that they would ADMIT they are beyond SOL and yet ask you to settle for 15%. Maybe this is a new approach for collectors -- play dumb and beg for the money.

Anyway, just get Why Chat's letter for SOL in your state and then send them BACK a copy of their own letter if they sent one or if they told you that over the phone let them know that you record and document incoming calls.

You will never hear from these guys again.
