I found Bud Hibbs on the web by accident after trying to look up a deb collection lawyer that looked into my credit report. Incidentally, the lawyer and other agencies that I have been dealing with were on his "bad list." His site is wonderful and gives a lot of advice. I emailed him and told him my situation. He promptly emailed me back, told me to use the "cease communication letter" to the collection agencies. Also, go to wsRadio.com and he has a very good talk show. I'm thankful that he has helped me get my life back in order. Thank you Mr. Hibbs.
