Citibank - Summary Judgement

I got a notice from Citibank lawyer for summary judgement. This is after I was sent a notice for interrogatories and requests for admission. I answered within time to all of them (I did not produce any documents but padded the answer this was no valid contract with my signiature) They moved to a motion to force interrogatories / or summary judgement. They want to put the burden of proof on me. First thing what can I do to file an extension with the court? (Do you have any idea of a form I can download )? Another thing is Whos grants the extension the court or the lawyer can object to such? Honestly do not want to court and if I go I want to shift the burden of proof to them. Validation letters did not stop them from getting me here. Please give some advice... Thanks
