I am just wanting them to know that the SOL is up and I'm willing to "negotiate" IF they will remove it from my CR, otherwise, no deal.

My mid score is only about 600. I had a lot of medical bills that went to collections. I pretty much have everything paid off and just paid off the balance of my student loan. I'm finally feeling relief. I just want to take care of this last thing.
