Check with your local courthouse to see if you have actually been sued, or if this is some kind of scare tactic to get you to pay. I wouldn't put anything past them. If you have been sued, get an attorney, bring your attorney and your proff of SOL to court. Countersue. Actually, even if this is bogus, they have violated FDCPA. Sue them.
