Where is Will? Need advice on your duplicate tradeline deletion

You posted back in October about a duplicate tradeline from Chase. You followed up saying Experian/Equifax deleted it. I need help with this same situation. I have a duplicate tradeline that Wells Fargo will not delete, even though they admit it is the same account. Equifax says they will delete with a letter from Wells Fargo, which so far I have not been able to get them to write as they ignore that request and keep validating the duplicate account. Any help/advice from you or others in the same situation would be appreciated. :)
