The Warrant in Debt is an official court form here in Virginia, and it has official dates and all the correct fields filled out, it appears. But as per my timeline in my previous post, it doesn't make any sense. PLUS, as Marc and Bill pointed out -- it wasn't hand delivered to me, or even sent Certified Mail.
