fabulous case. Make sure you file your 1k countersuit for violations of the fdcpa. You can email me at picanteL4343@hotmail.com and I will send you some interesting caselaw plus an outline of the exact fdcpa violations they broke. However, it may be late sunday that I do it as I am celebreating my boys 6th birthday this weekend and would actually like to have a life on the weekends for once.
