if you intend to that..you best have proof. watch judge judy. lol. meds you take..doctors statements. the whole shebang. (ok thats a texas word sorry). im sure if it was a valid reason one went over the edge, it is a good defense. but you best be truly mentally ill..bipolar..etc. my daughter is bi polar and we cant get her disability for squat. tried for 2 years. bipolars can function quite normally for periods of time. you just need proof. schizophrenics can also mainstream quite well.
