Let him/her hunt and peck for every violation possible. You are entitled to $1,000 per violation. Very quickly those bastards may be sorry they picked your number to throw one of their bullshit scams at. I bet this will prime a 'company' meeting next week and force a re-thinking on how they do their business. If everyone of their victims struck back the way you are (obviously) going to, they would be out of business and filing for BK in a heartbeat themselves. Turnabout is fair play. Maybe their landlord will turn them over to a collection agency after they fail to pay their rent because they're too busy paying off their lawsuits? One can only hope.
