Christ, you WILL take them to the cleaners. Can you imagine putting something like this in front of a jury of your 'peers', aka people who have had the same problem in the past? If your Ed Combs, inc. is as good as they say they are, you'll have a jury of 6 people who have been dicked around by CAs just as you! Why not start at $50k in damages and go down from there?
