Your home is safe. Can't touch that. They can garnish wages, but if you are offering to pay, that is costly and not very logical since you could conceiveable quit or loose that job. Protect your checking account now. Take most of your money out of your checking account, pay your bills with money orders. Bring proof of income and expenses to court. Can't get blood from a turnip. By the way, how old is this account.
