I agree, get a lawyer. You absolutely MUST go to this deposition. They are looking for assailable assets to get payment from you. If you have not prepared a list of your exemptions from judgment, you need to do so ASAP and take that with you to the deposition and file a copy with the court. They likely can't take a damn thing from you.

As Tazi said, they are looking for assets they can sieze. You MUST claim your exemptions to prevent them from doing so !
