Still not a legal defense. Might get you a little sympathy. I am a mental health advocate, and even though I joke at times, this is not something to play at. ARE YOU BIPOLAR AND DID YOU GO ON A MANIC SPENDING SPREE? Trust me on this, you do not want a dx of serious mental illnes on your medical records. It will haunt you for the rest of your life.
