I don't think it is wise to ever lie to a CA or to have someone lie to a CA about your employment. I just don't think it is kosher. However a company is under no obligation to give out employment information, salary or any other business to any creditor that does not have a court order or a judgment. The fact that your company is choosing to ignore them is the best thing. However I don't recommend lying. It will backfire.
